This 1950's kitchen was totally updated with a brick range enclosure, granite countertops, new custom cabinets, and custom island. The technically challenging aspect of the project was removing a load bearing wall between the existing kitchen and the dining room to create a dramatic new area for the family to come together. This involved redistibuting the structural roof loads to create a seamless open space - a challenging project, but the results were worth it!
